Day 1: Drive from Delhi to Rishikesh
Morning pick-up from Delhi airport/Hotel/Railway Station & drive 6.5 hrs
to Rishikesh This ancient Hindu pilgrimage town is gateway to Garwhal
Himalayas & holy ganges river enters the indo-Gangetic plains here It is
associated with yoga centres & meditation ashrams
Check into hotel on arrival.After brief rest,proceed to Holy ganges. Riverbank to walk across Laxman Jhoola & ram Jhoola swinging bridges &
visit to Swarg Ashram,with optional stop at famous "Chotiwala" restaurant.
Meanwhile your tourist vehicle proceeds to obtain Hill permit papers from
local transport authority.

Day 2: Drive from Rishikesh to Sonprayag
Morning check-out from Rishikesh hotel & Drive 7.5 hrs to Sonprayag
village town(located at 6000') enroute photo stop at Devprayag(confluence
of Alaknanda & Bhagirithi river) & Rudraprayag (confluence of Alaknanda &
Mandakani river & with ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva). Check into
guest House on arrival & night stay. Sonprayag is the confluence of river Basuki & Mandakani.
Day 3: Drive from Sonprayag i to Gaurikund & trek to Kedarnath
Early morning check-out from Sonprayag hotel & drive 1 hr to Gaurikund (at
height of 6000') ,closely associated with legend Elephant God- Lord
Ganesha After bath in warm waters of holy pond,proceed for steep 14 km/5
hrs up-hill trek to Kedarnath(at height of 11,800') Ponies & Palanquins
are also available on hire to assist you in this steep climb Kedarnath

Day 4: Trek back to Gaurikund & drive to Guptkashi
after early morning temple darshan in Kedarnath ,climb down slowly to
Gaurikund,where your transport awaits you to drive you 1.5 hrs to
Guptkashi (located at height of 4400 '). Literally meaning "Hidden Benares" ,this important pilgrimage town has
numerous temples dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Day 5: Drive from Guptkashi to Joshimath
Check out from Guptkashi guest house in the morning & drive 7 hrs to
Joshimath (at height of 6200') through scenic thick forest near Chopta &
enroute stop at Pipalkoti. Check into hotel on arrival in Joshimath.Home
to the Badrinath shrine,during winters ,Joshimath is said to be one of the
original four muths established by Adi Shankracharya in 9th century
Day 6: Drive from Joshimath to Badrinath
Early morning check-out from Joshimath hotel drive steep uphill 4 hrs
drive to Badrinath (at altitude of 10300') ,dedicated to Lord Vishnu &
said to be one of the holiest shrines for Hindus Take a dip in the hot
spring of tapt kund,before entering the main Lord Badrinarayana temple
,located near Alaknanda river.

Day 7: Drive from Badrinath to Haridwar
Early morning check-out from Badrinath hotel & proceed for steep downhill

Day 8: Drive from Haridwar to Delhi
After morning cable car ride to nearby located Chanda devi temple Check
out from Haridwar temple & drive back 5 hrs to delhi.
