About Indian Maharaja Train Journey
India's first privately managed luxury train, 'The Indian Maharaja' is rated at par with some of the best known trains worldwide. It has been included in the 'World's Top 25 Trains' by The Society of International Railway Travellers (www.irtsociety.com) alongside The Royal Scotsman, Danube Express, Royal Canadian Pacific, Blue Train amongst others. The Indian Maharaja Train Tour uses wagons of Deccan Odyssey Luxury train & is operated by Travel Corporation of India.


Facilities On Board
Guests enjoy private air-conditioned cabins with full sized twin or double beds, picture windows, storage, closets, en suite bathrooms with a complete array of amenities, laundry service, twice-daily housekeeping, complimentary mineral water, tea and coffee, in-cabin telephones, and24-hour butler service. Along with the comforts of your cabin or suite, there is an on-board spa with a full range of treatments, a gym and steam room, a well-stocked library, a comprehensive business centre, two restaurants and a spacious bar. Your comfort is a priority at all times. Sightseeing is conducted via private chauffer-driven cars for Platinum guests, or on a luxury coach with English speaking guides for Silver and Gold guests. Day 1: Wed:MUMBAI depart
Report by 330 p.m. at VT,Fort(CST Railway Station),Mumbai by 330 pm for check-in formalities of the Indian Maharaja train Tour Train departs by 430 p.m.Day 2:

Thurs:ELLORA
The UNESCO World Heritage site of Ellora cave temple complex,where structures have been excavated out of vertical face of stone hills,date between 6th to 10th century. There are temples dedicated to Buddhism,Hinduism & Jainism faith at same site.

Day 3: Fri: AJANTA
'The 31 rock-cut cave monuments,dating back to 2nd century B.C. include masterpieces of painting,sculptures & frescoes of Buddhist religious art In 1983,these caves were declared UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 4: Sat: UDAIPUR
The massive complex of City Palace,built over 300 years since late 16th century,is perched on a small hillock ,overlooking the Lake Pichola,where World famous. The Lake Palace Hotel is located.

Day 5:Sun: RANTHAMBHORE
The Tiger Reserve has very high density of Tigers & offers one of the best opportunity to sight Royal Bengal Tiger in the wild.

Day 6: Mon:AGRA
Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Fatehpur Sikri & eternal Taj Mahal.

Day 7: Tue: JAIPUR
On it's outskirts is located late 16th century built Amber Fort Palace & Main City Palace town ,constructed in late 18th century ,was later painted pink,to honour visit of British Royalty.

Day 8: Wed: DELHI Arrival
Train arrives in Delhi early morning by 630 a.m. Check-out after early breakfast by 8 a.m.Tour ends.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking Procedure
• We require Name/Nationality/Passport Number of client with non-refundable advance deposit of USD 1,000 per person.
• Balance payment: 65 days before departure date,with passport details.
• Any booking request made less than 65 days notice before train tour depart; will be confirmed on receipt of full tour amount.

Payment Options
By Online credit card authorization OR Swift wire Transfer.

Cancellation Fee & terms:
(a) Minimum US$ 1000 cancellation fee per person will be charged if tour cancelled more than 61 days prior to departure.
(b) 30% of ticket value if cancellation informed between 60 to 46 days prior to departure.
(c) 50% of ticket value if information received between 45 to 31 days prior to departure.
(d) 100% of ticket value if intimated less than 30 days prior to departure.
(e) amendment in name of passenger or request for change in journey date will be governed by cancellation rules.
(f) Disputes, if any, subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi,India courts(only).
