Tour Program:
Day 1: MON: BANGALORE Depart
Report by 430 p.m. at Taj West End Hotel,Bangalore After check-in formalities,High tea;Tour briefing;Cultural program proceed to Yashwantpura Railway Station by 8 p.m. Tradition Welcome & be escorted to your respective cabins Train departs by 9 p.m.
Day 2: TUE: NAGARHOLE
After breakfast,pack clothes for overnight night & proceed for 2.5 hrs excursion by road to Jungle Lodge at Kabini Night stay in forest lodge.Enjoy boat ride & jeep safari Kabini is one of the most popular wildlife destinations of South India,because of it's lush green landscape surrounding a large picturesque lake, and fantastic sightings of large herds of elephants. Kabini Forest also comprises the south-eastern part of Nagarhole Tiger Reserve.Once a private hunting lodge of the Maharaja of Mysore, Kabini was a popular shikar hotspot for British Viceroys and Indian royalty.
Day 3: WED: MYSORE
Afternoon visit Mysore Palace & nearby located Srirangapatnam Fort. The original Mysore Palace was first built in 14th century,but demolished & reconstructed numerous times.Work on the present structure started in late 19th century continued till mid 20th century. The architectural style of the palace is commonly described as Indo-Saracenic, and blends together Hindu, Muslim, Rajput, and Gothic styles of architecture.It is the official residence of the Wodeyars - the erstwhile royal family of Mysore, and also houses two durbar halls (ceremonial meeting hall of the royal court.) For a short period in late 18th century,Srirangapattana became the de facto capital of Mysore under Hyder Ali and Tipu Sultan & . In that heady period, the state ruled by Tipu extended its frontiers in every direction, encompassing a major portion of South India. Various Indo-Islamic monuments that dot the town, such as Tipu Sultan's palaces, the Darya Daulat and the Jumma Maseedi.
Day 4: THURS: HOSALYA Temples & Jain MONOLITH
The temple structures of Halebid & Belur ,built under Royal Patronage of Hosalaya Kings in mid 13th century have intricate carving with decoration and ornamentation, features unique to Hoysala artisans. The 57 feet high ,giant monolith of Jain Monk Gomateshwara can only be reached by climbing a steep hill.
Day 5: FRI: HAMPI Unesco World Heritage Site
Also called the "City Of Ruins", with topography abounds with large stones which have been used to make statues of Hindu deities.Capital of once Powerful Vijayanagar Empire from 14th to 16th century,;the intricately carved "Vitalla Temple Complex" is a sight to savour.
Day 6: SAT: Unesco World Heritage Site of BADAMI & PATTADAKAL
The Badami cave temples are composed of four caves, all carved out of the soft Badami sandstone on a hill cliff in the late 6th to 7th centuries. The group of 8th century built monuments in Pattadakal display both Dravidian (Southern) and the Nagara (Northern, Indo-Aryan) styles of temple architecture.
Day 7 :SUN: GOA Churches & Beaches
Morning tour of Old Goa Churches built by Portuguese Colonial rulers between 16th & Century. Afternoon at leisure in Sun Soaked Golden Beaches.
Day 8 MON: BANGALORE Return
• Train returns to Yashwantpura Railway Station by 11a.m.
• check-out on arrival.
• Tour Ends.

Booking Procedure
• We require Names/Nationality/Date of birth of all the passengers.
• Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of minimum 20% of tour amount.
• Balance must be paid before 35 days of tour depart.
• All booking request received<35 days before tour depart, will be confirmed on receipt of full tour amount.
• E-Tickets will be issued on receipt of Passport details viz Passport No.,Place & Date of Issue.
Payment Options:
(a) By Online Credit Card Authorization.
(b) Swift wire transfer Or E-Transfer through bank.
(c) Cheque/Draft payable in Delhi.
Cancellation Terms:
• All cancellation must be made in writing.
• 20% of total tour amount, charged as cancellation fee, if intimated more than 32 days before tour depart.
• 50% of total tour amount, charged as cancellation fee, if intimated between 17-30 before tour depart.
• 100% of tour amount, charged as cancellation fee, if intimated less than 16 days before tour depart.
• Request for change in Name OR Postponement of journey, governed by cancellation rules.
• Non receipt of payment as per payment policy, governed by cancellation rules.
• No Show/Refusal to board train tour Or continue journey is non refundable.
• Request for change in cancellation policy at sole discretion of Managing Director of the KSTDC,Golden Chariot.
Important:
(a) Disputes if any are restricted to jurisdiction to courts of New Delhi(India).
(b) The guests are requested to obtain their tour insurance from their country of origin of travel.
