Journey on the newly introduced Deccan Odyssey Train Tour in Grand Luxury and travel through time & culture.Starting from Mumbai(Bombay) every Wednesday,the weekly 7 Nights/8 Days Heritage Train tour visits Ganpati beach on Konkan coast;Sindhudurg Sea fort;Golden beaches of Goa;Osho Ashram in Pune;World Heritage caves of Ellora near Aurangabad;Buddhist caves of Ajanta dating back to 2nd century BC;Sula Winery at Nashik & returns to Mumbai next Wednesday morning. The Deccan Odyssey Luxury Train project is a joint venture of the Ministry of Railway,Government of India & the State Government of Maharashtra.The interiors showcase the history & culture of Maharashtra.Facilities on board this new Air-conditioned train include channel music,intercom,CD/mp3 player,wall to wall carpeting,money exchange/credit cards facility,safety & security arrangements,doctor on call,health spa,bar,conference equipment. There are 11 Passenger Coach cars with 4 coupes each,2 Presidential Suite Coach Cars with 2 Coupes each,One Bar Coach,Two Restaurant cum Kitchen Cars,One Conference Car & One Spa Car.

COST INCLUDES
travel in the train,catering,conducted sightseeing fees at monuments,parks,palaces,boat rides & cultural programmes in the itinerary. NOTE: Guests have to pay extra for video camera fees at monuments, liquor,laundry & other items of personal nature.

PAYMENT TERMS
Passenger reservations are confirmed on Deccan Odyssey Train Tour as follows:
* 20% of the ticket value is payable at time of booking.
* 80% of the ticket value is payable 45 days before departure of tour.
Nationality & Passport details need to be provided at the time of reservation

MODE OF PAYMENT
(a) Either by online VISA/ MASTERCARD Credit Card Authorization.OR
(b) Swift money wire transfer through your bank.OR
(c) Any other method mutually agreeable.




CANCELLATION RULES:
1. Any amendments in tour dates are treated as cancellation requests.
2. Deccan Odyssey Train Tour bookings are Non-endorsable.
3. Action on cancellation will only be proceeded on receipt of written request.
4. MINIMUM 5% of Tour cost will be charged ,if cancellation request received more than 65 days in advance.
5. MINIMUM 20% of Tour cost will be charged ,if cancellation request received more than 35 days in advance.
6. MINIMUM 50% of Tour cost will be charged , if cancellation request received more than 16 in advance.
7. 100% of Tour cost will be charged ,if cancellation request less than 16 days in advance.
