Booking Procedure:
(1) Booking will be confirmed on receipt of Names /Nationality of all the passengers with 50% advance deposit.
(2) Full/Balance payment must reach us before 60 days of train depart.
(3) For booking request made < 60 days before Tour Depart;we require 100% tour deposit to confirm bookings.
(4) To issue Travel Documents,we require Name,Nationality,Date of Birth,Passport Number with date & place of issue.
Cancellation Rules & Charges :
(1) 1Any request for amendments in tour dates/names is treated as cancellation.
(2) The Palace On Wheels Maharaja Train tour bookings are Non-endorsable.
(3) All disputes(if any) are subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi(India) courts only.
(4) Action on cancellation will only be proceeded on receipt of written request.
(5) The Management of Palace on Wheels reserves the right to curtail some local tours,without liability,for logistic reasons & without prior intimation.
Cancellation Charges will be:
* 10% of total ticket value if booking cancelled 91 days in advance.
* 50% of ticket value if booking cancelled between 61 to 90 days in advance.
* 100% of ticket value if booking cancelled 60 days in advance.
