Booking Details:
Palace On Wheels Train Tour Booking Procedure
(1) We require names of all the passengers with nationality,to hold bookings on Time Limit.
(2) Bookings will only be confirmed against receipt of MINIMUM 50% advance deposit,before Time Limit expires.
(3) Balance Payment must reach us At- Least 75 Days before departure date with Passport details of all the passengers (viz.Passport;Number;Place & Date of issue;Expiry Date;Date Of Birth)
(4) If bookings requests are received less than 75 days before departure,you will have to forward full payment.
(5) As per New Indian Railways Policy-The charge of Tour Ticket in foreign exchange/US$ terms will only be determined at time of making full payment.
(6) E-Tour tickets will be forwarded to you,on completion of all the above.
Alternate Modes of Payment
(a) Either by Online Credit Card Authorization viz.we only accept VISA/ Master Card.
NOTE: 3% processing fee will be charged over & above the printed rates.
(b) Bank Wire Transfer.
(c) Any other payment method mutually suitable.
Palace On Wheels Train Tour Cancellation Rules
(i) All requests for cancellation,must be intimated in writing to our office
(ii) If Payments are not received as per given schedule;the advance stands forfeited.
(iii) Train Tour Tickets,once issued are non-endorsable
(iv) Any requests for change in Tour Dates- will be governed by cancellation rules.
(v) MINIMUM 5%(five) of train tour ticket value will be charged as Cancellation Charges, if cancellation intimated at-least 61 days before tour departure date.
(vi) MINIMUM 20% (twenty) of ticket value will be charged as cancellation charges, if intimation is received between 31 to 60 days before departure date
(vii) 100% cancellation charges,if intimated less than 30 days before departure date
(viii) Disputes(if any) are only subject to jurisdiction of Courts of New Delhi(India).
